Full Job Description

THIS ROLE IS INITIALLY A 12 MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT (

  • with potential to extend, the entire programme is likely to take circa 2-3 years)

  • Reviewing and understanding "as is" business landscape and current pain points. As is process mapping and discovery has been completed.

  • Collecting, understanding, and documenting business requirements for functional areas of the business to address current pain points.

  • Accurately document "to be" process flows at the right level.

  • Capture reporting requirements.

  • Capture "as is" time and estimate "to be" time to feed into benefit realisation tracking.

  • Work with business stakeholders to obtain sign off on "to be" requirements and process flows.

  • Support the Programme Manager to manage external supplier selection and evaluation processes.

  • To provide the link between the end users, development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle. This is to ensure the end solution meets business requirements and quality standards.

  • Ability to problem solve and provide alternative options that would meet business requirements.

  • To support with defining test scenarios and accurately capturing outcome of testing, including any issues.

  • To provide regular updates to Programme Manager on progress being made and any risks/issues.


  • To lead on projects ensuring project plans are defined, tracking and reporting on progress, managing risks and issues.

  • Experience Business Analyst - able to capture requirements end to end.

  • A positive mind set, able to work collaboratively with a wider team.

  • A passion to be a team player and make a difference to out residents experience.

  • Strong understanding of BA Methodologies.

  • Ideally experience within a Care, Health, Social, Hospitality environment with a multisite structure.

  • Experience of working on a ERP / Digital Transformation programme with complexities.
