• Providing advice, coaching, and support to business analyst interns, helping them develop their skills, understand methodologies, and solve complex problems.


• Reviewing interns' work, providing feedback, and ensuring it meets standards and project goals.


• Leading training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to keep interns current with industry trends and best practices.


• Helping business analyst interns set goals, identify growth opportunities, and create development plans.


• Demonstrating best practices in business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery, setting a positive example for less experienced team members to follow.
