Full Job Description
- Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity, adopting a holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities
- Contribute to the selection of the approach and techniques to be used for business situation analysis, engaging and collaborating with operational stakeholders
- Define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity
- Facilitate input from stakeholders, provides constructive challenge and enables effective prioritisation of requirements
BCS Diploma in Business Analysis - A proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience of business process modelling and utilising appropriate requirements management tools Desirable:
- Experience of mentoring, coaching and managing a small team

Digital Technology Data & Infrastructure (DTD&I) Service Delivery Unit: As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support multiple projects within the Architecture Practice, particularly within the Air sector. In this role, no day is the same, as you will manage various aspects of the product lifecycle to ensure products meet customer needs and achieve strategic objectives. You will investigate operational requirements, identify problems, and seek effective solutions through process improvements, both automated and non-automated. Additionally, you'll conduct advanced modelling activities for significant change programmes and contribute to the development of new or improved practices, processes, and standards while facilitating localized improvements to quality systems and services Why BAE Systems?
