Full Job Description

Tesco Mobile is a great place to be. There's lots to do, and we're after a proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis Chapter. The role involves working as part of an Agile squad as part of a wider tribe to define and shape business requirements, user stories, business processes and customer journeys for initiatives aligned to Tesco Mobile objectives and key results (OKRs). In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Demonstrable and proven Business Analysis experience, within agile or hybrid environment.
  • Experience in at least one agile framework such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, LESS etc.
  • Good analytical skills, business analysis and process design techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in dealing with senior business users, determining requirements and priorities as well as resolving issues.
  • Experience of Business process modelling tools e.g. Visio as well as Agile tools such as Jira

  • An enquiring, creative, investigative mind; able to define ground up business solutions, working from a top-level conceptual level, down the lowest level of detail within a business and/or technical solution, thinking creatively
  • A "can do" attitude, balanced by the delivery realism you have gained from your experience
  • Comfort with uncertainty, recognising this is often the natural state during the early stages of projects, but have the tenacity and patience to bring,
  • Confident in challenging the status quo in an emotionally intelligent way.
  • Lead by example and prepared go the extra mile, when needed.
