As a Business Assistant & Assistant Supervisor within our Commercial & Investment Bank, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior executives and driving business success. As a Business Assistant & Assistant Supervisor in the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will provide high-level executive administrative support to senior leaders, including Managing Directors and CEOs. You will manage a team of Business Assistants, ensuring exceptional support and coverage across all business lines. Your role involves navigating change, providing feedback, and implementing strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders. You will also oversee career development and performance management for your direct reports.,

  • Ensure completion of core Business Assistant tasks.
  • Assist the Assistant Manager in supervising Business Assistants.
  • Work independently, exercising significant discretion and judgment.
  • Monitor timekeeping, absences, and holidays for smooth staffing.
  • Collaborate with internal support groups to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Implement defined processes and provide guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Resource Solutions for recruitment needs.
  • Manage personnel issues, including performance and maternity.
  • Conduct regular "Check-In" sessions and share feedback for year-end reviews.
  • Proactively manage change and liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • Handle day-to-day responsibilities alongside ad hoc projects.
