As a Business Assistant in the Corporate and Investment Bank, you will perform diverse administrative duties for Analysts and Associates.   • Facilitate swift setup of internal and external meetings through Outlook.
  • Partner with relevant groups to execute travel and entertainment bookings.
  • Manage high volume of emails, ensuring timely acknowledgment and completion.
  • Navigate internal systems and complete accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate room bookings and support interview setups.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and support groups.
  • Provide general administrative support to the broader team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across CIB groups for additional coverage.
  • Partner with Expense Management to enable expense processing.
  • Engage in stretch assignments, subject to performance.
  • Participate in training provided for skill development.
