Full Job Description

As Business Centre Assistant you will need to ensure the efficient running of the Business Centre by handling all enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently and to meet and exceed the member's demands and expectations at all times,

  • Answer the telephone using the proper telephone etiquette, always answering promptly and in a courteous manner
  • Ensure the Business Centre is always kept clean and tidy and maintain a well supplied food & beverage service.
  • Ensure the rooms are set-up correctly to the Member's needs prior to their arrival
  • Organising booking of room

    Customer service experience
  • Computer literate in Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Team player
  • High level of organisation and flexibility
