Full Job Description

Focal point for business process changes To communicate the approach being followed to all stakeholders within the organisation Research and provide local knowledge of the processes requiring change Ensure that clinical, non clinical users and manangment team identify required business & organisational outcomes Ensure alignment of change activities with locally agreed aims, objectives and benefits Identify change management risks and issues to relevant parties Process mapping, process re-engineering and role re-design To facilitate through mapping of current As Is and future To Be work processes by the teams involved for successful planning for each new system deployment, upgrade or enhancement to meet identifiable quality standards including governance controls Challenge process mapping that is departmentally or organisationally limited so that opportunities for pathway based re-design or streamlining are not missed Identify, baseline, and forecast benefit opportunities that future
processes will enable Connect relevant service modernisation, workforce re-design and organisational development projects and initiatives within the deployment Influence and negotiate new ways of working across the Trust by creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations where required People change management To promote a climate of optimism and confidence in improving services by working with staff including administrative & clerical staff, clinicians and managers accountable for service delivery Highlight where role re-design issues arise from process mapping so that they are appropriately addressed by relevant professional support Support organisational leaders to define organisation re-design e.g. workforce management, job design, organisation structure and policies & procedures and desired cultural changes Develop strong working relationships and networks with stakeholders Promote and develop staff ownership of changed work processes and systems
