Working in our UK support functions you'll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. You'll help us make health happen by The Business change analyst will work on Health Services business critical and strategic initiatives in partnership with the business stakeholders to deliver outstanding business and customer outcomes. They will provide support to Health Services project and business teams in understanding the business, its operations and practices, together with environmental, market and healthcare industry contexts and to establish cost effective solutions that enable the business to achieve its ambitions and objectives.
- Rigorously explore, analyse and 'unpack' business plans, goals and ideas; working these into tangible solutions to deliver clearly defined, desirable outcomes.
- Partner effectively with stakeholders to translate these outcomes into specific objectives, and from there define detailed needs and prioritised business requirements.
- Examine these needs and requirements through various lenses such as customers, partners, employees, the business and it's regulators, understanding and managing the competing tensions to create appropriate specifications that, in turn, drive practical deliverables.
- Identify sustainable solutions (technical, people, process, systems, cultural, or any combination of these), and create and manage optimised, efficient delivery plans.
- Find ways to remove impediments and tenaciously pursue desired results, staying focused on delivery and doing what is required to make an outcome happen.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business context of all change initiatives that they/their team are involved with, being able to clearly identify and understand the impact on our customers and Bupa, and confidently articulating to stakeholders why we are doing them.
- Act as an influential and persuasive advocate for customer interests, ensuring that these are a primary consideration in arriving at decisions.
- Champion brave new ideas that transform the customer experience, taking ownership for the delivery of specified customer-driven outcomes.
- Successfully engage with and work confidently alongside a broad range of internal and external colleagues, at all levels from front line staff to directors and leadership teams.
Be educated to degree level or equivalent or hold a Business Analysis and/or Change Management certification (preferably to Practitioner level) by a recognised professional body such as APMG, ISEB/BCS or IIBA. - Evidence a background of successful change delivery within the Healthcare and/or Financial Services industries, ideally with experience of working in e-commerce or digital environments.
- Exhibit considerable passion, drive, enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude; being able to seize the opportunity and cope with high-intensity activity in a dynamic, fast-paced transformational environment.
- Demonstrate a willingness to adapt their style and approach to different situations, in order to make change happen and generate successful business outcomes.
- Be a strong and logical problem solver, able to demonstrate a history of innovative, lateral and creative thinking, and capable of making sound pragmatic decisions.
