- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of changes to ensure they deliver measurable benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to work across all departments/directorates, championing innovation and continuous improvement aligned to our corporate goals and strategy. What You'll Be Doing
- Analysing business processes, systems, and structures to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with teams to agree on business and technical requirements using prioritisation methods like MoSCoW.
- Developing change management strategies that maximise adoption and minimise resistance.
- Producing process maps, use cases, and business models to support change initiatives.
- Acting as a liaison between business teams, IT teams, and external suppliers.
- Supporting testing, implementation, and post-go-live phases of projects.
- Measuring and reporting the success of change initiatives while ensuring continuous improvement.
Love solving problems and making things work better? Passionate about driving change and sparking innovation?, Proven experience in business analysis and managing organisational change initiatives. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and business analysis techniques.
- A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities. If you're qualified in business analysis or change management (eg, CBAP, BCS, PROSCI), that's a bonus - but your experience, strategic thinking, and customer-focused mindset matter most.
