Full Job Description

  • Lead the Business Change Team within the organisation, providing thought leadership, coaching and development
  • Conduct Business Change activities including: Business Change Complexity Assessment, Health checks, Impact Assessments and Business/Change Readiness Assessments as identified
  • Identifying, assessing and supporting the management of risks arising from the Business Change activities
  • Liaising with the sector/function change network to ensure there is a continued understanding of the changes to be delivered.
  • Conducting Training Needs Analysis and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver training (where appropriate)
  • Proactively monitoring the progress of, and provide the required reporting for, Business Change activities and provide insightful recommendations
  • Supporting a robust Business Readiness process to ensure the change can land effectively
  • Developing communication plans and producing appropriate and engaging communication materials that are adapted to suit different audiences in the business and persona types
  • Working collaboratively across the workstreams and with the sectors to ensure the appropriate Business Change activities are taking place and are effective in supporting successful programme outcomes

    Must have successfully delivered Transformation or Business Change within similar size / complex organisations
  • Good understanding and experience, including delivery, of Business Change
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively and manage complex and diverse scenarios, focusing on high quality and delivery through others even in high pressured, time critical situations
  • Ability to think analytically, to resolve problems and to identify solutions and causes
  • Desirable:
  • Experience in coaching and supporting leaders through Business Change
  • PMDY or Change Management qualification or equivalent experience
