An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Manager within the Health Boards Digital, Data & Technology Directorate, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB).

As a member of the dynamic and innovative Digital, Data & Technology directorate, you will be a member of the programme & projects team. The projects you will work on form part of the Digital Community (formerly WCCIS) Programme and will allow you to build on your current skills and experience and provide you with opportunities for personal and professional development.
You will work with a wide range of stakeholders from varying professions across the health board, other NHS and 3rd party organisation/suppliers. This will include the requirement to attend sites regularly, sometimes at short notice. If you are looking for a new challenge in a prosperous department then this role is for you., The Business Change Manager (BCM) will lead and facilitate all matters relating to business change management throughout the Programme lifecycle.A key member of the Programme Team, the BCM will work closely with departments across the Health Board, taking into account the varying states of digital readiness across departments, whilst drawing on a variety of change management tools and approaches to support all users with significant change and benefits delivery.
You will work with service leads to identify current processes,re-design and deliver new processes and participate in the identification of the impact and optimisation of digital solutions as they are implemented.
As the BCM will lead the business change aspects of the various projects within the programme as well as having the opportunity to work with the different services within the Health Board, learning and development opportunities will be plentiful.
The successful post holder will ideally have a good understanding and/or experience of working in a clinical setting and should have proven communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to use tact and persuasion and be able to build strong working relationships, communicating clearly and regularly with clinical and non-clinical staff.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
