Full Job Description

The Business Change Manager will play a vital role and will ensure that the implementation of the UK Commercial Transformation Programme is successfully managed from a business perspective.,

  • Creating a robust framework for implementing a series of transitional changes that move the organisation towards the desired end-state

  • Focusing on all aspects of the changes, including organisation, people, process and platform

  • Bringing the changes to life for all stakeholders

  • Identifying training and communications needs

  • Delivering the changes through the framework to support the realisation of business benefits

  • Managing changes to agreed timelines and budget

    Extensive experience in a business change environment in progressively larger and more complex/high impact change programmes, with technical depth in:

  • change management

  • business transformation

  • strategy development and implementation

  • organisational design


  • A deep understanding of change management methodologies including:
  • change delivery approaches

  • change impact assessment

  • cultural and behavioural change


  • Programme and project delivery, with extensive experience of leading teams and developing individuals

    Excellent relationship buidling / influencing skills with stakeholders at a senior level

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Professionally qualified in Change Management

    This is a hybrid role where you will combine working from either the Guildford or London office (at least 2 days per week) with working from home.
