Full Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Incident Management (IM) Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring that Openreach is prepared for any potential threats and challenges. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining robust incident management plans that protect our operations and the wider BT Group.What you'll be doing

  • Implemented and managed comprehensive BCM plans across Openreach operations.
  • Lead incident management responses, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct disaster recovery exercises and maintain ISO22301 certification.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement through post-incident reviews.

    A skilled leader with experience in managing incident and emergency planning exercises.
  • A collaborative communicator, able to engage with internal and external partners effectively.
  • Knowledgeable in BCM practices, preferably with MBCI membership and ISO22301 experience.
