Position: Business Controller Contract Type: Permanent / full-time Location: Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry (hybrid working available - minimum 3 days office based) Why choose DHL eCommerce UK? About the role: Execute finance processes and policies related Business Controlling activities by developing, maintaining and providing financial information, plans and projections for the business in line with finance plans and processes, accounting standards, policies and legal framework

  • Conduct tasks and activities related to Controlling and Accounting as per laid down standards and guidelines
  • Provide input on finance matters such as explaining facts, processes and practices related to finance or interpreting financial results, measures, performance, etc., in the context of business operations and as required by respective stakeholders
  • Identify, analyze and resolve difficult issues as per defined financial processes, systems and methods
  • Apply own expertise and respond to difficult enquiries related to finance
  • Support to develop and administer finance processes and Business Controlling activities as per the business needs of the defined organization
  • Gather data and information and perform analysis of financial studies to prepare summary reports for management and to develop forward looking financial insights on market conditions, competitors and alternative business scenarios
  • The ideal candidate will have: · Excel advanced (financial models), · Journal processes / balance sheet · Part Qualifed / Qualified accounting (benefitial but not needed) What about career development?
