Digital News and Streaming, part of BBC Studios, manages BBC Studios' Digital News services ex UK - so bbc.com, the commercialised audio streaming of BBC Sounds, and associated social platforms. It supports the strategy for the growth of digital registration, reach and retention, and, alongside Global News Ltd (also part of BBC Studios), oversees both the delivery of BBC News' and Sport content (including Newsletters) on to bbc.com, and also feature-led written and video content for the digital platform. Its content delivery team commissions and acquires a small number of factual programmes for the BBC Global News Channel (which is now streamed on bbc.com), and also for BBC Select (BBC Studios' fully syndicated SVOD service in North America).

• To support the editorial team with the delivery of content across digital and linear platforms, ensuring that all relevant production information is centrally available and up to-date (i.e., production/finance/delivery/transmission/publication dates), and that queries from delivery teams/schedulers/editorial teams are answered. Programme information is stored on Excel and monday.com.
• To support Business Partner's financial reporting including ensuring that all information is up to-date, and responding to queries in relation to invoices and payments
• To ensure that information for all programme-related contracts (including talent loan out agreements) is secured, and that paperwork is digitally signed, and distributed.
• To respond to any follow-up queries with appropriate teams
• To support Business Partner with day to day ad hoc queries from wider team including expense claim queries, following up action points from meetings, and minuting key meetings where required
• To support Business Partner with the raising of POs, setting up suppliers, and ensuring that suppliers' queries are dealt with
  
  Experience of using Excel, and familiarity with formula
• Experience of working as a business or production coordinator across a range of programme content
• Understanding of commercial rights terminology
• Familiarity with production budgets
Desirable
• Experience working for a broadcaster or similar media organisation
• Familiarity with monday.com
• Education to degree level
• Genuine interest in factual programming
• Familiarity with BBC SAP system
• understanding of the BBC's Health and Safety, Fair Trading and Editorial Guidelines
