We're a passionate bunch and expectations are high, but we're team players - collaborating, supporting, and leaving egos at the door., We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the Network Operations Team by managing key administrative tasks, including processing land registry documents, updating landlords, and handling various ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and handle confidential information with integrity. What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct land registry checks on HM Land Registry and Scotlis to gather accurate information regarding freehold/leasehold ownership.
  • Process all incoming paper land registry documents received in the office.
  • Contact landlords to update them on scheduled electrical works and locker installation dates.
  • Respond promptly to land registry requests from Business Development Managers via Teams chat.
  • Complete ad-hoc administrative projects as requested by other departments within the business.
  • Process inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up for the Business Development Executive Team.
  • Assess the eligibility of locations for locker installations, ensuring all criteria are met.

    Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with landlords and team members.
  • Capacity to quickly adapt to and master new systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid working environment.
  • Previous experience in administration or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
