Full Job Description

The primary role of the Business Development Assistant is to support the business development function in all aspects of sales, marketing and communications, to help maximise the company's performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, assisting with the progression of new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, implementing sales and marketing strategies across various platforms, organising and attending promotional events and conferences, and supporting the implementation and efficient use of the CRM system., As a Business Development Assistant, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify, track, and pursue business opportunities. You will assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports, and support sales meetings. Your role is crucial in helping to drive the business forward by actively contributing to the development and execution of our growth strategies. You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients and partners. This involves regular communication and facilitating engagement at marketing events, stakeholder meetings, and webinars hosted by Buttercups Training. Your ability to engage effectively with our stakeholders will help ensure strong, lasting partnerships.

  • Willingness to travel for events, including some weekends.
  • A full UK driving license.
