Business Development Associate

We are a British company specialising in the formulation, manufacturing and supply of chemical based water treatment products for industrial and agricultural use.

Ideal candidate should be self driven, motivated, hard working, open minded and willing to learn. Full product training will be provided. Please note this is primarily an office based telephone role. Duties include but are not limited to:-

• Contacting potential customers via telephone and email introducing the

company's products and services

• Researching the target market and finding companies to approach


• Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales


• Working towards attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales


• Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales


• Entering all required data for sales onto the company system


• Following up with past customers and cross selling products and services


• Following up on leads generated from other sources


• Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively


• Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry
