Full Job Description

Assisting in providing professional advice and services to clients.
Working closely with client directors and colleagues to help clients make informed decisions by providing relevant product information.
Managing policy events, and ensuring compliance with established processes.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
Learning how to identify and mitigate potential issues and uncover growth opportunities.
Gaining cutting-edge skills and knowledge through individual projects and team collaborations.

No prior insurance experience is needed.
GCSE Grade 4 or above in Mathematics, English, and ICT (preferred).
A strong attention to detail.
High levels of motivation, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
A commitment to learning and developing your skills.
IT proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Confident, clear, professional, and courteous communication skills.
A supportive mindset with the ability to thrive in a close-knit team environment.
