Full Job Description
The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for the account management and development of new and existing relationships within the labour market. As an integral part of the business development team they will provide a training consultancy service to employers ensuring they promote and match the TEC Partnership portfolio. Through a thorough training needs analysis, Business Development Consultant's will develop new business, negotiate, prepare proposals and be the point of contact for employers engaging with us for all funded and non-funded services., The TEC Partnership is committed to Prevent Duty, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and promoting British Values within the workplace. We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the MODAL Training in the role of Business Development Consultant. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!, The successful candidate will have experience of new business development and lead generation, as well as experience with funding rules, quality and compliance. You will need to be a natural problem solver, and use your own initiative and is self-motivated and have experience of working towards and achieving targets. You will need to be confident with a friendly and professional manner, and willing to learn. You must have a full, clean UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, as the role will require frequent travel. You must have some exposure of working within an employer engagement and business development role, promoting apprenticeships, employability programmes, AFS or projects.
