Full Job Description

Reporting to the Director, UK Public Sector the successful candidate will be an experienced senior business development professional, who can shape strategy, execute sales and deal planning and deliver on Iron Mountain's significant growth ambitions within the Healthcare division.

To be considered you will have a significant direct solution sales experience, selling business services, business process outsourcing, archiving or similar offering. In addition, candidates possess the following:

  • Strong background and proven experience of strategic new business hunting, enterprise level and consultative selling, sales process and solution selling.

  • Proven background selling into core Healthcare organisations.

  • Experience of working with channel partners and systems integrators(SIs)

  • The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to influence and negotiate.

  • Ability to make decisions, think in broad terms, considering the impact on the company.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of Iron Mountain and customers (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
