Full Job Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Executive to help us build up our business activities. The successful candidate is bilingual in Arabic and English. Key responsibilities include building and retaining VIP player relationships, delivering exceptional service, and organizing exclusive events. The successful candidate will conduct market research, maintain knowledge of casino offerings, and implement marketing strategies to grow Les Ambassadeurs' high-value gaming clientele. The role will involve working very closely with the Head of International Business Development and reporting to the Director of Business Development. Please note: This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 40 hours per week.

  • Fluent/native Arabic and English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation roles.
  • Customer service experience in a high-end setting, catering to an Arabic clientele.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, travel, concierge services, or gaming industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and focused on client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, mainly nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
