This newly created role is a result of an internal restructure and is vital for nurturing and expanding our business relationships. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will manage the entire client lifecycle, focusing on client retention and satisfaction through a mixture of face-to-face visits and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end client relationship process, from onboarding to ongoing support.

  • Build comprehensive knowledge of IVS, our products and services offering and the markets we operate within.

  • Identify opportunities for client growth and enhancement of service offerings.

  • Develop and maintain pipeline of client prospects.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

  • Ensure client feedback is effectively gathered and addressed to enhance service quality.

  • Use your communication skills to identify customers' needs.

  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and our clients.

  • Be motivated, resilient, and results driven.

  • Boost sales and contribute to both our business' and our clients' long-term business growth.

  • Bring the drive and determination needed to succeed!

  • Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through various channels (cold calls, follow-up calls, emails, and LinkedIn).

  • Create and conduct campaigns to identify business opportunities within your allocated clients.

  • Knowledge & Experience:

    This role is within a sales and service environment.

    Essential:
  • Previous experience working in Customer Service.

  • Friendly personality with a "can-do" attitude.

  • Ability to work as part of a small team with limited direct supervision.

  • Ability to handle queries professionally and efficiently with sensitivity.

  • Ability to deliver a high-quality service.

  • Conscientious and able to act proactively.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.


  • Desirable:
  • Experience using service management technology.

  • Knowledge of the forklift or engineering industries.

  • Sales qualifications.
