Oxford Saïd Business School, a vibrant and innovative institution within an 800-year-old world-class university, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive. In this pivotal role, you will help drive the success of our prestigious executive degree and diploma programmes, supporting senior leaders as they balance professional commitments while advancing their education at Oxford.,

  • Achieve recruitment and revenue targets of approximately £2 million annually, building a pipeline of high-calibre applicants for executive degree and diploma programmes.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for prospects, presenting programmes through multiple channels including web, presentations, and personal networking.
  • Collaborate with faculty, programme directors, and administrators to maintain and grow corporate relationships, ensuring a steady influx of high-quality applicants.
  • Work closely with recruitment, marketing, and business development teams to meet strategic objectives and contribute to the growth of the executive education portfolio.
  • Represent the School at external events, including international engagements, and conduct face-to-face interviews with potential applicants.

    Grade 7: £37,524 - £45,763 per annum, You will be part of a forward-thinking team, contributing to the development of world-class executive education programmes that blend academic excellence with practical leadership development. You'll work alongside distinguished faculty and professionals, playing an instrumental role in shaping the future of executive education.
