Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to lead our business development efforts in Taiwan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships with key players in the logistics and supply chain industries, and executing our sales strategy within a new market region for the business (Taiwan). Reporting to the APAC Regional Manager, you'll work remotely, autonomously spearheading market entry and fostering customer engagement, ensuring the successful adoption of MatchBox Exchange's platform.,

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for Taiwan, ensuring revenue targets and business growth objectives are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the logistics and container transport sectors.
  • Lead business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities to drive customer acquisition and market expansion.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing deals and providing ongoing support and account management.

    You are an experienced sales professional with a strong background in business development within logistics, shipping, or the supply chain sectors. You're comfortable working remotely and independently, with a deep understanding of the Taiwanese market and the ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth., At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries.
  • Deep knowledge of Taiwan's logistics and container transport sector, with established connections in the industry.
  • Fluency in English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Additional Asian languages are advantageous.
  • A proactive self-starter, able to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote working environment.
