TheRole

Asa Business Development Manager focusedon the UK market you will play a pivotal role in expanding Convenesfootprint across the region.

You will be responsible foridentifying and cultivating new business opportunities building andmaintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders andachieving sales targets.

This position reports directly to theExecutive Director and is a fantastic opportunity to contribute toour growth and success in a competitivemarket.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Developand execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand ourcustomer base in the UKmarket.

  • Build and maintain stronglonglasting client relationships by partnering with them andunderstanding theirneeds.

  • Identify emerging marketsand market shifts while being fully aware of new products andcompetition status.

  • Negotiate contracts andclose agreements to maximize profits.

  • Presentsales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to themanagement team.

  • Work closely with themarketing team to identify opportunities for campaigns services anddistribution channels that will lead to an increase insales.

  • Attend industry events conferences andnetworking events to generate leads and build a presence in the UKmarket.

  • Collaborate with the productdevelopment team to ensure client feedback is incorporated intoproductdevelopment.

    Provenwork experience as a Business Development Manager Sales Executiveor a relevant role in the SaaS or tech industry preferably with afocus on B2B products.

  • Strong understanding ofthe UK market and ability to communicate effectively withstakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven ability todrive the sales process from plan toclose.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentationskills.

  • Ability to articulate the distinctaspects of products and services.

  • Provenability to position products againstcompetitors.

  • Demonstrable experience with CRMsoftware (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
