Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts for innovative food vending machines targeting high-foot-traffic areas such as airports, colleges, universities, public spaces, and restaurants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. If you have a proven track record in sales, prior leadership responsibilities, a passion for innovative technology, and a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you.

1. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate target markets, including airports, colleges and universities, public areas, and restaurants.

2. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and prioritise potential customers and strategic partners through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.

3. Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at airports, colleges and universities, public institutions, and restaurants to drive adoption of our pizza vending machines.

4. Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our pizza vending machines.

5. Negotiation and Closing : Lead negotiations with prospective clients, addressing any concerns or objections, and ultimately closing sales agreements that meet or exceed revenue targets.

6. Account Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

7. Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.

8. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to support sales efforts and drive business growth.

9. Travel : Travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows as necessary to support sales activities and build relationships within the industry.

10. Team Management : Initially, you will work independently, but over time, you will transition to managing a team of business sales representatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (5years' experience in sales and buisness development would be a plus)


  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the food service or vending industry.


  • Prior leadership responsibilities with experience managing a team.

  • Proven skills in operating CRM systems.


  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.


  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.


  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with key decision-makers. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


  • Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities and build relationships with customers and partners., English (required)
