Full Job Description

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Trinity College London's operations within their assigned region. This position is integral to achieving regional targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with Trinity's broader business objectives, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will take ownership of regional business development efforts, focusing on building and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders. These stakeholders include Trinity centres, National Coordinators, and other regional partners. You will be responsible for crafting and executing business development strategies that promote Trinity's brand, drive candidate enrolment, and expand publishing opportunities. Collaboration is central to this role. As Business Development Manager, you will work closely with regional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of business development
initiatives. By leveraging insights and fostering strong partnerships, you will contribute to the overall growth and development of TCL's presence in the region.

  • Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding challenging growth targets, coupled with a history of enhancing customer experience and engagement.

  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on the practical implementation of strategies and operational processes.

  • Evidence of determination and innovation in setting and executing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams, stakeholders, and partners across diverse regions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • High-level organisational and administrative capabilities, demonstrating a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Advanced digital literacy, with experience in using online systems and CRM platforms such as HubSpot to drive business development activities and generate actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with leveraging AI applications to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.
