As Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in expanding our client's presence across the fashion, beauty, health, tech, and gifting dynamic markets. This is a hunter role, requiring a proactive and motivated individual to identify and secure new clients. What You'll Be Doing:

  • New Business Development: Research, identify, and engage potential clients across targeted sectors, building a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring client requirements are met with bespoke solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends and industry developments to spot new opportunities.
  • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director and team to align sales strategies with growth objectives.

    Proven track record in Business Development or Sales.
  • Experience in bespoke packaging or related industries is desirable.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to offer consultative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
