Job Description: Business Development Manager As a Business Development Officer, you'll help the UPS Capital team continue to grow and maximize business opportunities. You'll have the chance to build a pipeline of prospective customers and create account strategies that guarantee the long-term success of our clients.   • A competitive base salary between £40k and £46k (depending on qualification and experience) plus a realistic OTE of £70k

  • Your Tasks
  • Be willing to travel - approximately 40% of your time will be spent travelling locally and around the UK
  • Identify companies that fit our targeted customer segments
  • Liaise with key decision makers and consult pain points to develop account strategies to acquire new business
  • Confidently deliver online and in-person sales presentations to C-suite level decision-makers, navigating questions and finalising details to close sales
  • Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction by nurturing partnerships with your clients after signing the initial contracts
  • Successfully integrate our solutions into the customer supply chain and IT roadmap
  • Collaborate with your UPS Capital colleagues to ensure efficiency across the entire sales cycle
  • Provide complete and accurate visibility of the sales pipeline
  • Your Skills
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales with a proven sales record
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, PPT, Excel and Word
  • Experience in financial services, insurance and/or logistics is preferred
