Full Job Description

  • Work with external agencies, community representatives, employers and stakeholders to identify and secure opportunities for the whole College group including Adult Learning and Apprenticeships, in a pan-Lancashire footprint
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a strong focus on ethical growth, client satisfaction and maximising full College portfolio opportunities
  • Achieve engagement and enrolment targets
  • To be actively involved in the recruitment and selection processes for apprentice, including the vacancy matching and interviewing as required

  • Do you have excelled communication and interpersonal skills? Do you thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment?,
  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, at Grade C/4 or above
  • Experience of working in a varied role, including administrative tasks
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proven Account Management experience, or other relevant experience, Disability Confident
