Are you passionate about driving positive change and innovation in the education sector? We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our Education and Inclusion Branch. This role is pivotal in supporting continuous improvement and ensuring the long-term success of our education and inclusion initiatives., As a Business Development Manager, you will need a wide breadth of skills and experience in order to undertake the following key responsibilities:
- Business Planning: Contribute to strategic planning, coordinate the annual business planning process, and lead the implementation of business plan projects.
- Project Management: Manage change and development programs, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
- Performance Measurement: Develop processes to monitor customer satisfaction and non-financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Market Research and Consultation: Conduct research, facilitate stakeholder consultations, and identify new business opportunities.
- Business Development and Customer Engagement: Develop and implement business development and customer engagement plans, build relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to tendering strategies.
