Full Job Description

  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new clients and contracts to expand Nurse Next Door UK's client base.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, Franchise enquiries and Franchise Partners.

  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with healthcare providers, community organisations, and other relevant entities.

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales activities and initiatives to increase revenue and market share. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients and partners.

  • Brand Promotion: Promote Nurse Next Door's brand, services, and values through networking events, industry conferences, and other marketing activities.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyse business development activities and outcomes. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients and partners, and driving the growth and expansion of Nurse Next Door Franchises across England. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare sector., Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.

  • Education: Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

  • Skills:

  • Strong strategic planning and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare and home care market in the UK.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google sheets.
