Full Job Description

Due to growth and continued success, we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, owning some of our top strategic accounts. You'll be at the forefront, crafting and executing growth strategies, working with Customer Success Managers to develop opportunities, and leading virtual teams to land new business.

Your mission: Hit sales targets, convert leads, and secure high-value deals (typically £250k+). You'll be creating compelling customer propositions, gaining internal buy-in, and delivering winning presentations that get results.

Are you a B2B Enterprise sales leader with a drive for securing high-stakes deals? If you're motivated by building strategic partnerships, exceeding targets, and making a significant impact, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!, In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Established competence within a strong Enterprise sales environment with skills aligned to identifying developing and closing new sales opportunities within an existing or new customer.

  • Demonstrable experience of establishing and growing relationships with key Customers to deliver new revenue.

  • Track record of aligning commercial outcomes.

  • Strong experience of working collaboratively across functional customer focused teams.

  • Proven experience working with Contract skills (interpreting and writing) combined with strong influencing and negotiating skills.

  • Validated ability to accurately report sales forecasts through efficient use of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Previous telco experience is a must!
