  • Project Leadership: Lead small to mid-sized projects and support project managers on larger, complex initiatives related to operational business functions.
  • Communication: Establish effective communication processes to keep stakeholders informed of project results, facilitating meetings and presentations.
  • Process Design: Conduct in-depth business and systems process analysis and design, focusing on quality improvement and data management.

    Education: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Work Experience : At least 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent work exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, For Example Power BI, Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Hands-On Mentality: A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.
  • Chemical and Technical Awareness: Strong understanding of analytical chemistry, technical concepts and lab operations, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
