Position: Business Development Manager Pure Storage Job Description: Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, brings innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges. We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners. We have the perfect opportunity for you to shine in the fast-paced world of IT! The role requires travelling, so a full driving license is a must have. You have to be located within one hour from London Your Responsibilities:
- Actively drive sales and develop profitable channel partners for PURE Storage.
- Support Arrow ECS Sales Teams in named partner accounts by providing business development, enablement, training, and vendor specialization (including product knowledge, programs, and roadmap information).
- Manage up to 15 designated Resellers, developing business for PURE Storage and Arrow to meet vendor targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with Pure sales teams to ensure Arrow are involved in opportunities.
- Expand business relationships within existing partners to deepen engagement.
- Onboard new partners that fit the profile for Arrow and PURE Storage.
- Maintain a proactive approach in collaboration with PURE Storage. Your Profile:
- Results-Driven & Forecast Management
- At least 2 years of Sales experience
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
- Customer Service Focus
- Relationship Building & Negotiation
- Business Acumen & Problem Solving
- Sales Expertise & Territory Management
- Self-motivated, structured, and proactive
