Business Development Manager (TV / Film ROW )

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join Alamy's Enterprise Sales team, specialising in the creative industries of TV and Film. In this role, you'll take ownership of a personal sales target, driving growth by identifying and securing new opportunities while cultivating strong relationships with clients. This position will focus on global territories, giving you the chance to work with a wide range of clients from across the world, while being based in the UK. The TV and Film industries will be your primary focus, and while prior experience in these industries is not required, your curiosity, proactive approach, and enthusiasm for these creative fields will be key to your success. You'll manage a robust sales pipeline, deliver tailored solutions to clients, and contribute to Alamy's ambitious global growth objectives. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and make a real impact.

To excel in this role, you'll need a proven ability to define a sales strategy for a portfolio and successfully execute it to achieve revenue targets. You will also need:

• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to present and articulate solutions that deliver clear ROI for clients.
• Experience in proactively identifying and sourcing opportunities, tailoring your approach to secure new business and meet
revenue goals.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain trust and establish rapport at all levels.
• A track record of securing new revenue and driving business growth.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the flexibility to adapt your approach to suit a diverse customer base.
• Solid experience in commercial and contract negotiation, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credible
external networks.
• Proficiency using customer management systems such as Salesforce
• Familiarity with legal considerations, including copyright, in the context of photography is advantageous but not essential.
• Business- level second language skills, particularly French, would be a significant advantage.
