Full Job Description

The role of Business Development Officer will be an integral addition to the Business Development Team, supporting occupancy growth into the business., The Business Development Officer is an integral part of implementing sales strategies within Bramley Health and will work closely with the Head of Business Development to develop and grow our services., o Building relationships with Integrated Care Boards, mental health trusts, local authorities, and continuing healthcare teams nationwide
o Set and meet agreed targets for specific care home leads, customer meetings, follow up, and sales leads
o Manage the BD Executive and Referrals Coordinator to drive referrals for customers through to admissions in a timely manner to meet objectives and always deliver customer satisfaction
o Handle and respond to sales enquiries for new business by responding promptly and professionally to maximise conversion rates
o Research projects in segmented areas where we have the least traction to maximise our exposure and to seek new business contacts
o Conduct customer visits in services to enhance the experience and create a positive impression and maximise conversion rates
o Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs in your priority areas linked to new care home openings

BRAMLEY HEALTH ARE LOOKING FOR A MOTIVATED, RESULTS DRIVEN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A HEALTHCARE ENVIRONMENT TO JOIN THEIR TEAM., o Minimum of 5 years prior experience within a healthcare BDM role
o Experience within a similar healthcare organisation or the NHS
o Target focused and sales driven
o Good communication and organisation skills
o Results driven, pro-active approach to own workload
o Understanding of a CRM database
o Time management and prioritisation skills
o Customer service focused
