Business Development and Placement Officer

Salary Range: £27,803 - £33,945

Hours: 37 hours per week (full time position) including two weeks of paid work in the summer holidays

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to take on the role of Business Development and Placement Officer. The role holder will have responsibility for sourcing industry placements for learners studying T Level qualifications through effectively engaging with local employers, managing stakeholder relationships and acting as an advocate for learners to ensure that the preparation, delivery and evaluation of placements are meaningful, relevant and sustained to a high quality.

This post offers flexible working hours on a term time only contract. We are looking for someone with a professional background who is confident in communicating with business leaders, is highly organised and has the initiative to see a job through.
