Full Job Description

  • Partner closely with our Head of Sales and Account Executives to identify and source meetings that drive pipeline and acquire new clients.
  • Utilise networking, cold calling, and lead-generation techniques to establish contact with key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by attending industry events, exhibitions and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients. Assist with negotiating contracts and terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

    We're looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and tech-savvy sales representative with strong business acumen to join our growing Sales team. As a BDR, you will generate new business working collaboratively across our sales team to set high-value meetings.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales, particularly in acquiring early and growth-stage companies as well as SME clients. This role requires a proactive hunter who can consistently generate high-quality sales leads and effectively qualify them.,
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in driving sales pipeline and generating new business.
  • Background or interest in web3 and/or blockchain technology would be hugely beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Hubspot and other CRM / Sales systems.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies and approaches.
