Full Job Description

The Shires Removal Group, a leading removal company with a proven track record of excellence, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Estimator/Sales Representative. If you have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to estimate and secure contracts, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Estimation: Provide accurate and competitive estimates for removals based on client needs and specifications.

2. Sales: Actively pursue new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients. Identify and approach potential clients to secure contracts for our dust removal services.

3. Client Consultation: Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements, answer client queries, and provide professional recommendations.

4. Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals outlining project details, cost breakdowns, and timelines to present to clients.

5. Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and The Shires Removal Group.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

1. Experience: Ideally a proven experience in sales, estimating, or a related field, preferably in the removal or construction industry.

2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

3. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals to achieve sales targets.

4. Drive and Initiative: A self-starter with the motivation to actively seek new business and meet or exceed sales goals.

5. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with removal processes and equipment is a plus.

6. Flexibility: Willingness to travel for on-site consultations and client meetings.

7. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team.
