Are you an experienced business development professional with a passion for driving new business ? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our bus and coach business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, leveraging your expertise to secure new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with key public sector stakeholders.,

  • Expand business opportunities within the Bus and Coach public sector, executing sales strategies effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring top-tier customer service.
  • Identify and follow up on new business prospects, both internally and externally.
  • Understand various funding options related to the ownership and usage of equipment.
  • Have a deep knowledge of the NHS and public sector, enabling you to excel in this challenging role.
  • Develop positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Oversee project implementation and attend regular business meetings.
  • Identify improvement areas to enhance business performance.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage extensive knowledge of underwriting, pricing techniques, and sales strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the UK broker market, financial models, and compliance regulations.

    Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the public sector.
  • Ability to pursue and cultivate contacts for future business opportunities.
  • Full UK driving license required.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and sales databases.
  • Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in the sector.
