Full Job Description

BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit a Business Excellence Coordinator to play an essential role in ensuring improvement projects remain on track, compliance issues are resolved by communicating relevant actions to various stakeholders and teams across the business.,

  • Track and monitor actions from compliance audits, updating progress and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Co-ordinate business improvement projects that lead to increased efficiency.
  • Identify required delivery stages of improvement projects and assign actions accordingly
  • Follow up on activities and actions to ensure target timescales are met
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of best practice systems
  • Ensure records are appropriated filed and maintained within a MS Office 365 environment
  • Prepare reports on business improvement progress metrics to the Business Excellence Manager.
  • Collabroate with the depots and relevant management teams, updating relevant stakeholders on progress and performance against objectives.
  • Understand and interpret the strategic direction of the Business Unit and align operational delivery to strategic intent within the depot teams.
  • Embed a culture of compliance to all UK & Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
  • Implement and deliver new opportunities within Site Solutions.
  • Embed new engagements and partnership approaches across industry, professional bodies, and trade associations as part of the business unit's future outlook.
  • Actively promote and embed product innovation, expertise, and practice into the depots in conjunction with the Product Managers.
  • Accountable for co-ordinating activities relating to business improvement and compliance
  • Responsible for assigning and following up actions from audits and projects
  • Ensure that improvement projects remain on track with agreed timescales
  • Provide reporting and management level information on progress

    A highly organised individual with excellent co-ordination skills.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Previous experience in a business improvement project environment would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in the updating of IT computer systems including MS Office 365 (Sharepoint)
