Full Job Description

Learn how to be responsible for operating plants safely, efficiently, and consistently, ensuring Veolia's legal compliance in areas of operation.

- Learn to understand and provide clear, transparent and accurate reporting of business performance.

- Develop innovative and cost-effective solutions in a pressured environment.

- Involvement in developing and maintaining employee engagement.

- Shadow the implementation of people management processes and procedures in line with company policy.

- Assist with the creation and continuation of a customer excellence approach and culture.

- Shadow the Implementation and management of operations against Veolia Minimum Requirements.

- Learn to operate, control, report and monitor the budget within the agreed financial parameters.

Degree-level qualification in relevant business management, facilities management or environmental (to be achieved by September 2025).
