Full Job Description

Based in our global headquarters in London, the GSC Engineering & EHS team deliver value by providing expertise to optimise GSK's manufacturing assets, capital portfolio and build capabilities that support the safe and effective operation of our facilities while protecting the safety and well-being of our people.

An opportunity exists for candidates with a business background to work alongside a team to help deliver business improvement and communication projects. In addition to this, opportunities will arise to develop in coaching, Continuous Improvement, programme management and communication processes, which can be readily transferable to any other job.

Key Placement activities

  • Participate in a wide variety of business functions and infrastructure projects

  • Engaging in activities such as developing guidelines for complementary workers and associated training, building intranet sites and supporting sustainability projects.

  • Delivering business improvement and communication projects.

  • Develop knowledge in manufacturing, the 'people' side of business, and supporting infrastructure projects and business functions.

    To apply for this placement, you must be currently studying an Undergraduate Degree in one of the following disciplines: STEM degree, Business, Marketing or similar

    Other requirements: You will have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of your placement. You must be enrolled at a UK (United Kingdom) or ROI (Republic of Ireland) University for the duration of your placement.

    If you have already graduated with a Bachelor's Degree and are currently studying a postgraduate Masters, you are not eligible for this programme.
