Full Job Description
As part of our established administration team, you will work alongside healthcare scientists specialising in Immunology, Immunochemistry, and Allergy. Together, you'll deliver an efficient and responsive EQA service to clinical laboratories across the UK and internationally.

+ Administrative Support: Provide flexible secretarial services and cover as needed.
+ Financial Tasks: Process invoices, assist with debt recovery, and monitor income/contracts.
+ Event & Meeting Coordination: Organise training events and take minutes for key meetings.
+ Data Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and ensure confidentiality.
+ Quality & Compliance: Contribute to audits, follow SOPs, and uphold safety standards.
+ General Admin Duties: Handle correspondence, manage stock, and support daily operations.
This role demands strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills to support the efficient delivery of the EQA service.
