Our Medicine Board team plays a critical role in this mission, and we are looking for a passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to join us. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be key to driving improvements in healthcare by tackling critical questions: o How can we improve patient experience?o How can we save money while driving efficiency?o How can we support clinicians to improve outcomes? Please note that this role requires on-site presence in central London 2-3 days per week. In this role, you will collaborate with clinicians and managers across various specialties to transform patient care through data analytics. You will be responsible for quantitative analysis, data exploration, management, and modelling, helping to drive better decision-making and outcomes in healthcare., o Engage confidently with clinical and managerial staff to understand and refine their data needs.o Take initiative as a self-starter, producing and interpreting analytics, manipulating data sets, and presenting findings in actionable formats.o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Python, or R.o Contribute to projects aimed at improving patient experience, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes.o Embrace a growth mindset--willing to take on challenges, accept feedback, and suggest innovative solutions.o Work independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team, bringing forward ideas and improvements.

o Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., SQL).o Experience in data analysis, including manipulating data sets, analysing data, and presenting findings.o Strong skills in data visualization and reporting (e.g., Power BI, Python, R).o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.o Confidence, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, inquisitive mindset.Desirable Criteriao Experience working in a healthcare setting.o Knowledge of NHS data systems and standards.
