Full Job Description
Do you want to support Woodgreen to develop it's BI and reporting capability to support operational delivery, business change and innovation? Would you like to help to drive cultural change in our organisation, specifically in the use of data and evidence in decision-making?, We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to work with our Business Intelligence Manager and other stakeholders across Woodgreen to ensure a unified approach to performance, management, and operational reporting. In this role you will;
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop and deliver long term solutions for reporting and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with the BI Manager to offer expertise and develop a BI and Reporting roadmap to guide the strategic development of organisational BI across performance, management, and operational reporting requirements.
- Define and develop reports for users across the organisation - supporting them through business analysis to understand their requirements and providing expertise and guidance on approaches to data analysis and reporting.
- Hold responsibility across Woodgreens customer and pet data systems for data standards and definitions, harmonisation, categorisation and data validation through work with users to define business requirements.
- Develop a leading-edge reporting and data intelligence platform to support the delivery of audience-focused engagement and income generation., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. With experience in working with data-visualisation/BI tools and large datasets as well as in creating logical and conceptual data models you will also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical colleagues to deliver insight and analysis at all levels. In return you can expect a starting salary of £34,730 - £42,446 per annum, depending on experience which will be complemented by; - 36 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) rising by 1 day each year to 40 days after five years
