If you like working with statistics, data or have a curious mind to "crunch large amounts of data into a simple understandable format", the Business Intelligence and Service Development (Management Information) Team could be the job for you. We provide a range of data to a wide audience from Welsh Government, Senior Management to front-line managers, social workers, and business support staff to help everyone understand what is going on and the challenges within their service areas. We are well known and respected across the whole of Social Services for the work and support which we provide. Every day is busy and varied due to the many deadlines and support the team provide. The team collate data from the WCCIS database (Social Services database widely used across Wales) and export this data into excel or Power Bi to simplify the understanding of complex information into a format that is more understandable and usable to the end user. You could be part of this exciting small team!
